An event organized by the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Rome Niccolò Cusano in correspondence with the 1st Conference on Sustainable Mobility (CSM2019), which will be held in Catania on October 14-15, 2019

Improvements in conventional vehicles, alternative powertrains, smart cities, digitalization and connected mobility: these some of the topics that will be discussed during the first Conference on Sustainable Mobility – CSM2019 to be held in Catania on 14-15 October 2019.

Lectures will be held by Professors and Researchers currently working in related fields of research. Relevant advances in Sustainable Mobility will be addressed, including:

  • Engine Modeling: Luciano Rolando, Assistant Professor, Department of Energy, Politecnico di Torino
  • Modeling of Electric Drives: Damijan Miljavec, Professor, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana
  • Energy Storage Systems: Simona Onori, Assistant Professor, Department of Energy Resources Engineering, Stanford University
  • Vehicle Modeling: Laura Tribioli, Assistant Professor, Department of Industrial Engineering, Università Niccolò Cusano
  • Control of Hybrid Powertrains: Giorgio Rizzoni, Professor, Director of the Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research
