With more than 60 years of experience, SEMIKRON addresses the main requirements of the power electronics market – reliability, compactness and performance – by continuously implementing innovations. Our products are designed for applications in the markets of the future, such as wind and solar, energy-efficient industrial drives and e-mobility by covering a power range from a few KW to several Megawatt. In this project SEMIKRON will accelerate these activities to develop a highly integrated electrical drivetrain in close collaboration with our project partners.
